The rooms here were clean, comfortable, and the beds were nice.

The personnel was very kind. The hotel's location is very near the Museum that I needed to visit. Although I did not to use public transportation, I could realize that it is very close to the hotel.

It was a particularly good location very close to a waterfront as well as airport. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Karlita's Taco Place that is only 5 minutes' walk away. My room was well priced and the bed was very comfy, had a such great experience.

Comfortable rooms that are spacious and come with plenty of towels. the showers work well, and there's an air conditioner to keep you cool. 🚿 Great location right by the airport, super convenient. Plus, there's a sushi spot called Sushi Kan nearby for a tasty meal!

I went to a conference in San Jose near the airport. This hotel is the best you can get for such a low fare. Despite the fare being low I had Internet access, laundry machines, free continental breakfast, an open swimming pool and big rooms with a coffee machine, refrigerator, iron, full cable tv, hair dryer and air conditioning. Location is also good with a light rail train station nearby, many restaurants at walking distance. It is a good quality hotel with an excellent quality/price ratio

I was not able to eat the breakfast since I am a diabetic. For me cheerios and milk would have been better. The broadband was too slow for me to be able to use it. I had to use my cell phone as a hot spot.

The staffs here are quite friendly and helpful. I really love the beautiful sunshine in San Jose and delicious food here. Also the transportation here was quite convenient. You can go to downtown and the San Jose Internation Airport within 30mins. The free shuttle bus and the light railway are all near to the hotel. The breakfast here were very American style but lovely. If I got the chance, I would go there again.

the hot & cold water in the shower is hooked up backwards. the H was the cold side & the C was the hot.

Location is far from touristy spots. But good budget hotel for catching the flight in San Jose.
